Certified Adventures in Wisdom Life Coach for Kids
Life coaching is all about empowering kids through mindset development. Kids learn how to use the power of their mind and the power of their thoughts to create happiness, confidence, and success in their lives, so that they can take their life, goals, and dreams wherever they want to go.
Empowering Kids
I’m a certified Wisdom/Life Coach for kids and teens. With a teaching background and a certification from Adventures in Wisdom, I have the tools and resources to support children and teens with social/emotional and growth mindset learning.
“Positive thoughts are not enough. There must be positive feelings and positive actions. Building self-esteem is challenging, but it can be practiced and mastered like any other skill.”

What exactly is life coaching for kids?
Life coaching for kids is all about empowering kids through mindset development. Kids learn how to use the power of their mind and the power of their thoughts. When kids/teens have gone through my program, they will have a “toolbox” of life skills to use for the rest of their lives.

Beyond Traditional Parenting
Emotional Support
Mindset
Self Esteem
Life events can “wound” children and most of the time parents don’t even realize it. They might see a shift in their child’s confidence or self-esteem, but they don’t know what happened or what to do about it.
Anxiety, Stress, and Depression
30% of tweens experience headaches and difficulty sleeping as a result of stress.
25% of children between ages 13-15 experience anxiety disorders.
10% of children are actually diagnosed with depression before the age of 18.
Why I use stories to coach!
Stories have been used since the beginning of time, in every country and every culture, to pass along traditions and to teach morals. Stories are powerful learning tools because they make us think, they make us feel, and they imprint a picture in our mind and a feeling our heart.
Stories have the power to transform, inspire, and to shape how we feel about ourselves and what is possible for our lives.
Stories give us another perspective and a door into deeper understanding.
Stories:
- stimulate intellectual, emotional, and physiological centers of the brain – which lead to deeper learning.
- are a great tool for starting important conversations with kids.
- enable children to “learn without lecture” – children get to see the skills in action which opens the door for them to apply the skills to their own situations.
- teach kids about real-life problems that they might experience.
